Your team is being told to adopt AI. Nobody is teaching them when not to.
Over-adoption erodes quality, creates ethical blind spots, and disengages the people whose judgement you need most. Under-adoption leaves teams anxious and unprepared. Most AI training focuses on productivity. Almost none of it builds the critical thinking to know when AI helps and when it does not.
That judgement is what I teach.
How it works
I teach Critical AI Literacy as four live sessions on Maven, capped to keep it a room rather than a webinar. Teams can take a block of seats in an open cohort, or book a closed cohort run for your organisation alone.
Each session pairs peer-reviewed evidence with an exercise your team does on its own work. They leave with a position they can defend in a meeting, not a list of prompts.
